Daily Anti-Aging for Everyone

· 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed down)
· 2 tablespoons olive or coconut oil (melted)
· 1 teaspoon honey
· 2 oz glass jar
Directions: Mix all ingredient in a small bowl. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil or oils of choice for added benefit and scent. I like 3 drops of sandalwood and 3 drops of lavender. Once ingredients are blended together, place into jar.
To Use: On freshly washed skin, take approximately one tablespoon of the scrub and gently rub into facial skin using small, circular motions. Be careful to avoid the eyes. Gently scrub face for 60 seconds, then rinse with warm water and pat dry. Repeat once per week.

Second, stay out of the sun for long periods of time. Short, daily exposure is great for Vitamin D production, but I’m talking 10-15 minutes, not hours. The harmful UV rays from long-term exposure to sunlight can damage your skin and make it age faster. If you do have to spend extended amounts of time in the sun, wear a hat and use organic sunscreen regularly to protect your skin.
